Grímur Hákonarson

Grímur Hákonarson (Iceland) who got the Canal + Prize for his short film THE LAST WORDS OF HREGGVIDUR at the Nordisk panorama is good friend and a x-coworker of Runar Runarsson the director of The Last Farm. In 1996 they founded the Óháðakvikmyndagerðin which is a registered none profitable organization in Iceland with the purpose of cooperation between members in film events and independent film making.Today the organization has been the center of dozens shorts and documentaries. Both have been the two Directors of 'Oháðakvikmyndagerðin since it was founded.
Together they made the shortfilms, Toiletculture and Oiko-logos.
